Our award-winning Flex luggage is designed with a wraparound expandable zipper for extra packing space when you need it. The Bigger Carry-On Flex is our best-selling, standard-size Carry-On designed to maximize packing space and fit most overhead bins of major US airlines. Unzip the Flex feature for an extra 2.25" (6 cm) of space and use it as checked luggage. Plus, enjoy the same features you know and love about our Classic Carry-Ons, including a durable hardshell and a signature interior compression system that helps you pack (and protect) more. Details like an ultra-sturdy handle, underside grab handle, and premium 360° wheels make it easier than ever to maneuver and lift your suitcase. It's a best-of-both-worlds type of thing.

Prefer a smaller size? Try The Carry-On Flex, sized to fit all overhead bins when not expanded.

Sebastian ★★★★★

The expandable zipper gave me just enough room to bring back souvenirs without having to check a bag. It glides effortlessly through the airport, and the handle feels sturdy even when fully loaded.

Eli ★★★★★

Coming back from a two-week trip, I was worried I'd overpacked, but that wraparound expandable zipper gave me just enough room without making the bag bulky. The wheels roll so smoothly over airport carpet, it actually made navigating crowded terminals feel effortless.

Sofia E. ★★★★★

The expandable zipper gave me just the extra room I needed for souvenirs on my trip, and it still fit perfectly in the overhead bin. I was impressed by how smoothly it rolled through the airport, even on carpet.
